Booking & Payment

How do I book a rental?

Booking is easy! Browse our packages, choose your experience, select your date, and pay your $50 deposit at checkout to lock in your reservation. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

How much is the deposit to reserve my date?

We require a $50 deposit at the time of booking to reserve your date. This deposit goes toward your total balance.

When is the remaining balance due?

Your remaining balance is due before delivery on the day of your rental. We'll send you a reminder ahead of time so nothing sneaks up on you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. Payment is processed safely through Shopify.

Can I change my package after booking?

Yes! Contact us at least 48 hours before your delivery date and we'll do our best to accommodate a package change based on availability.

DELIVERY & SETUP

What areas do you deliver to?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

What time will you deliver and pick up?

We deliver in the evening between 5–8pm and return for pickup the following morning between 8–11am. You get the whole night to enjoy your experience!

How long does setup take?

Setup typically takes 20–30 minutes. We handle everything — all you need to do is point us to the spot, supply an outlet and we'll take care of the rest.

Do I need to be home for delivery and pickup?

Yes, we ask that an adult (18+) be present for both delivery and pickup to confirm equipment condition and sign off on the rental.

How much space do I need in my yard?

We recommend at least a 15x15 foot flat open area for setup. The screen needs a clear line of sight from the projector and enough space for anchoring stakes and cords.

Can you set up indoors?

Absolutely! Our setup works great in garages, large living rooms, barns, and event spaces. Just make sure there's enough ceiling height and floor space for the screen.

THE EXPERIENCE

What streaming services can I use?

Our projector supports Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Prime Video, YouTube, and more via built-in apps or Bluetooth connection from your device. If you can stream it, we can show it.

Do I need WiFi for the projector?

Yes you will need to connect to wifi or a mobile hotspot.

How many people can watch comfortably?

Our 16ft screen comfortably accommodates 20–50 people depending on your setup. Bring the whole crew!

Can I use my own Bluetooth speaker?

Yes! Our projector has Bluetooth output so you can connect your own speaker if you'd like even more sound. We also include our premium speaker system with every rental.

WEATHER & SAFETY

What happens if it rains on my rental date?

Safety first — always. If severe weather is forecasted for your rental date we'll contact you ahead of time to discuss rescheduling. We never want you to lose your deposit over something you can't control. Weather reschedules are always free.

What wind conditions are safe for the screen?

We recommend avoiding setup in sustained winds over 15–20mph. Our screen is anchored with stakes and tethers but high winds can be dangerous. If wind picks up during your rental please secure or shelter the screen and contact us immediately.

What do I do if weather moves in during my rental?

If weather moves in during an active rental, immediately move all equipment to a covered dry location, take a photo showing everything is safe, and text or call us at 918-817-9264. If equipment can't be safely secured we'll come pick it up and return it once conditions clear at no extra charge.

Can I use my own Bluetooth speaker?

CANCELLATIONS & POLICIES

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel your reservation. Cancellations made 48+ hours before delivery receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery forfeit the deposit. No-shows forfeit the deposit and may be charged the remaining balance.

What happens if I lose or break an accessory?

Missing or broken accessories (remotes, cables, microphones, stakes) will be charged at replacement cost. We include an inventory list with every delivery so everyone is on the same page at pickup.

Is my deposit refundable?

Yes — if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery. Weather-related cancellations or reschedules never forfeit your deposit regardless of timing.

What if equipment gets damaged?

Damage fees are as follows — minor damage such as scuffs or dirty equipment: $50 cleaning fee. Moderate damage such as screen puncture or speaker damage: $150 flat fee. Total loss such as projector damage or full screen destruction: full replacement cost.
